The angle-adjustable headset means you can tailor the handling to your specific requirements. A direct mount chainguard keeps the gears on the straight and narrow, and the neatly integrated Bosch top tube controller shows you what's going on with the powerful Bosch CX drive and 800 Wh PowerTube battery at a glance.

With a 150mm fork and 140mm of rear-wheel travel, it's ready to take on the toughest of trails. The UDH dropout means it's future-proof, too.

Sram's XO Eagle Transmission 1x12 gears transfer the combined power of your pedalling and the Bosch CX drive unit – which can deliver up to 85 Nm of extra torque – to the Newmen Beskar 30 wheelset, backed up by an 800 Wh battery for the best possible range. And with a Fox Float 36 Factory Grip X fork, Float X Factory rear shock and remote dropper post, the only component missing is you.

As part of the Steelworks USA team, I've had the chance to ride a lot of premium bikes, but the Cube Stereo Hybrid One44 HPC AT stands out. Right out of the box, the Actionteam build impresses with its clean lines, integrated Bosch system, and trail-ready spec.

On the trail, the bike is an absolute machine. The 160 mm of front and rear travel eats up rocks, roots, and drops without flinching. The Bosch Performance CX motor feels seamless in delivery - natural, responsive, and incredibly capable on steep climbs where lesser motors struggle. Range anxiety? Not an issue here.

What also struck me is the One44’s balance. The mixed wheel setup gives it a precise, nimble front end with the extra traction and stability out back. SRAM GX Eagle shifting and 4-piston brakes ensure you're always in control, whether you're flying down descents or threading tight switchbacks.

    Overall, I love the Stereo Hybrid One44 HPC AT. The Bosch drive is intuitive, and the big battery means I’m never worrying about running out of charge on back‑to‑back rides. The Actionteam spec fork and shock both perform brilliantly, and I appreciate the 150 mm travel front and the 140mm at the rear. I dock one star only because out of the box I had to tweak the suspension and brake lever positions to dial in comfort. Once that was sorted, the bike was pure joy on steep, technical descents and long climbs alike. If you don’t mind spending an extra session on setup, this bike rewards you with stellar performance.

The Bosch Performance Line CX motor delivers a smooth, punchy boost exactly when you need it, and the 625 Wh battery easily lasts me a full-day loop (4–5 hours) even in Turbo mode. The One44 Race fork and Super Deluxe rear shock soak up chatter superbly, and the 29”/27.5” MX wheel setup gives the best of both worlds: nimble in tight corners, confident at speed.
